Heike Schmitt

UIAGM Guide

Heike is a passionate ice climber and enthusiastic skier since more than 20 years. In addition to working with the outdoor industries she has made the mountains her workplace and became a fully certified UIAGM Guide. She loves being outdoors and sharing her  passion with others. She is currently based on the Italian side of Mt. Blanc and likes to call the Aosta valley her home, although she has climbed and lived in many places like Canada and South Africa. The high North and Norway has taken a special place for her with its exceptional skiing possibilities, polar-lights and nordic culture.

Tommy Cardelli

UIAGM GUIDE

Tommy was born in San Marino, a small republic in Italy. Since he was a child he started to go to the mountains with his family and skiing was his first passion. After several years of competitions, he moved his attention to freeride and ski mountaineering and finally to climbing. Becoming an Alpine Guide was the next step and since 2010 he has been working full time exploring the most beautiful mountains on earth! He lives in the Dolomites where he splits his time between teaching climbing, skiing and giving courses for the future Alpine Guides. He is in love with Norway where, every year, he spends a few weeks of his winter hunting for good snow.
